This policy explains what personal information Wenact Media (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the choices you have. It applies to this website only. Work we do for clients is covered by the agreement for that project.

Information you give us

When you use our Start a Project form, we collect the details you enter:

  • your name, email address and phone number;
  • your company name (optional);
  • the service you are interested in, your budget range and timeline;
  • your project brief;
  • whether you agreed to be contacted about our services.

Please don’t include passwords, payment card numbers or other sensitive information in your brief.

If you email us, call us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to share in that conversation.

Information collected automatically

  • How you found us: when you send the form, we also record the page you sent it from, the website that referred you and any campaign tags in the link you followed (for example, utm_source). This is kept in your browser only for your visit and is sent to us only with your form.
  • Basic technical logs: our server keeps standard logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and working. Form activity logs are deleted after 30 days.
  • Analytics: if we use Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager, they load only after you accept analytics cookies in our cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics tags run.

How we use your information

  • to reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal;
  • to deliver and manage work you ask us to do;
  • to send you information about our services, only if you agreed to this;
  • to understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries, so we can improve the site;
  • to keep the website secure and meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and similar storage

  • Consent choice: your cookie banner choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so we don’t ask again on every page.
  • Theme preference: if you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is saved in your browser.
  • Analytics cookies: set only after you accept them. If you later withdraw consent, we remove our first-party analytics cookies.

When analytics is in use, you can change your choice at any time from “Cookie Preferences” in the footer. You can also clear this site’s data in your browser settings.

Third-party services

  • WhatsApp: if you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta) processes that conversation under its own privacy policy.
  • Google Maps: our “Get directions” links open Google Maps, which has its own privacy policy.
  • YouTube: embedded videos load from YouTube only when you click play.
  • Email and hosting providers: we use service providers to host this website and deliver email. They process data only to provide those services to us.

How long we keep your information

  • Enquiries sent through the website form: 12 months, then deleted automatically.
  • Form activity logs: 30 days.
  • If you become a client, we keep project records for as long as the law requires.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Email info@webnactmedia.com and we will respond within a reasonable time, in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Security

We protect the information we hold with access controls and secure connections. No website can be completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information through the form.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
